I add a page and would like to see all the blocks (left and right) when i am in the page.

i use SP 2.3

With the 'Advanced Display Options' for each block, there is a list of pages where the block is shown, that is how you can show your blocks on that page.

There is an 'Advanced Display options' checkbox that you have to check, under the 'Display Options' area when you edit a block.
