Well i have shoutbox enabled, but the problem is, that other user's can't see the shoutbox, but i can, what is the problem, do i need to activate something?

Make sure that the permissions for the block (which can be changed when you edit the block) as well as the permissions for the shoutbox (which can be changed when you edit the shoutbox) are correct.

They are enabled for every member group on the forum. But no one can't see it.

What is the "permissions type" option set to? Make sure that it isn't 'All Membergroups'.

Oops, that is the one i have enabled, which one i enable?

'All Membergroups' means that a user needs every single listed membergroup so that they can see the shoutbox, unless they are an admin (who can see everything).

If you want everyone to be able to see it, use the 'Ignore Permissions' option. Otherwise use the 'One Membergroup' option, which makes the permissions behave as normal SMF permissions do (ie. if a user is in any of the membergroups listed then they can see it).
