 8) I was wondering if someone savy with SMF 2.0 RC2 would be able to convert the code of the 'User CP' block used on my old SMF portal to work with SP and/or SMF 2 in general..

I don't think it would require much effort, as I already have gotten it to display on the site without breaking too much, but things like server stats, etc are not fully functional.

I've attached the code to review, I think it should be a simple enough edit, I wasn't sure what to replace calls like ['TPortal'] with for 'Simple Portal'..

Sorry I posted this in the wrong place.  If a kind moderator would move it to block requests, that would be nice.  Along with the code of course.

  Any chance this might get some coder attention?  Just checkin..

OMG that's a big file

Yes - I know.  Its designed to have several functions in one block that has tabs to click through the data.  To give you an example how it looks, there is a demo on www.Black-Chapter.com/forums

I dont think we'd need the shoutbox to be part of the function.  I like the Simple Portal Shoutbox.  But stuff like, who's online, recent posts (with a scrollbar to make it so you can have more recent posts without a very tall block), server stats, some tools, maybe...

Just thought it would be nifty, I can understand if it's too much conversion.
