I can see your issue in firefox as well. Although I think its unlikely to be a SimplePortal error, SimplePortal loads the same css and html for all of the pages on your site, it is highly unlikely that it would be the cause of an issue for a single page.

Kristoph suggested that it might be a collation issue, you could try asking about that over at SM.org.
