I'm trying to track down who is responsible for the sub menu buttons we are seeing here on Simple Portal.  An example would be on the Download page.  Here's a sample image:

You can also collapse the menu and just have it display to the left hand side of the block, like this:

Is this accomplished via SMF, SP, a Mod, or a little hand coding?  If it's the later, could someone direct me to the template I would need to modify (or possibly a guide) on the topic?

This accomplished using the 'createMenu' function from SMF's 'Sources/Subs-Menu.php' file.

You just need to call that function with the correct parameters and SMF will do the rest.

An example of how the function is used, can be found in SMF's 'Sources/Admin.php' file. Otherwise you will have to look over the function itself to see what you need to pass to it.
