Is there a way to make the rss feed scroll instead of being on top of each other?

Have resolved this issue but will leave post to be answered incase another member requires the same.
Daily backups mean less headaches

Racking my brain lately on making a cnn style news ticker that scrolls the site's RSS feed horizontally.  I want to put in on my front page..
