Hi I would like to know why my forum homepage doesnt look good when their monitor is less than the 1028 by 768 px the center bloack and the left one merge if I have a picture in the center one and a block on the right.

This comes for the portal.css code

table-layout: fixed;

If you remove it this will allow the table to be change, but it will also be happen that the side columns are smaller than your setup.

You need to resize your huge images there.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

How Would I resize the picture so it shows only the resezed image to monitor less tha 1068 by 768?

Removing that code won't help with the display much. It will just make the blocks stronger, so that they won't override each other but shrink. So you still need to resize your images.

You *could* detect the resolution by JavaScript and change or resize the images according to that. But I personally don't think it is worth the effort. I suggest you align your pictures to center and resize them to look well in the desired resolution.
