Topic: Is there a pages block somewhere ?

Running SMF 2.0 RC1.2  and SimplePortal 2.3.1    as test run, preparing for future release, I have created a page, and it is active, but I don't find any way to navigate to it, or even what URL I would need to use to create a link in a custom HTML block.

Is there a page block I am somehow missing ?

There is no pages block, if you want to link to a page, then either put a link to it in a Custom HTML/BBC/PHP block, or edit your forum menu.

In your admin panel, under SimplePortal -> 'Pages', there is a list of pages that you on your forum. Click on the page title for a particular page, it links to the page itself.

this is an issue for me, a links block or a simple menu block that allowed you to add links or create a navigational menu would be great.  I have been testing portals and no one has the full package, for example ezportal has the above block but its style and layout is not as good as simpleportal.

yes i could create a menu in an html block but what if i have no idea how?

Use a Custom BBC block, it lets you use the [url=http://forum.com/index.php?page=pageid]Title[/url] tags, which means that making a navigation list for your pages should be trivial.
