Yesterday every thing working oke , today i cheked the site and he gives that error Fatal error: Call to undefined function sportal_init() in /home/FTS/index.php on line 219
i cleaned my browser caches and resart it again and there no portal more ,i cannot get in the simpel portal configration ,when i click on configration it takes me to the forum,

I hope that there somebody whos can help me ?

Can you attach your index.php file here? Looks like Subs-Portal.php file is not being included.
