  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

SMF - Just Installed! (Extremely difficult to change)

I have not used SMF for new forums in a while. Coming back, I see that it is still very difficult to find out where one changes this. I see that this is a COMMON issue. Just google on "SMF - Just Installed!" .

I have spent wayyy tooo  much time trying to find this. I am using latest SMF and SP. I see no reference in the simple Portal Blocks section, configuration or blocks. Also, I do not see this question answered in these forums. Perhaps I missed it. Any link?

Also the CAPTCHA letters are way to small to read.

Perfect issue for a FAQ section.  Notably this issue is one that many newbies encounter

Where is section this hidden?  Thanks.

We might not be talking about same thing, as I do not see what this content has to do with a theme.

I am using the latest SMF and SP, CorruptionInsider.com

What is "newest"? Can you tell the exact version you are using? Is there a News and Newsletters section in admin -> main?

Change news in the MAIN and then the NEWS & NEWSLETTER section.

I had been searching all over, including the BLOCKS section, without success.

Another approach this is to delete or disable the News block in your Simple Portal blocks list.
