Strange.

Reinstall SP and then attach your Load.php file.

Ok,
Here's the message where it says it installed:
Extracting
Extracting Package
The package was installed successfully. You should now be able to use whatever functionality it adds or changes; or not be able to use functionality it removes

Now when I go to do anything I get this message
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected '*' in /home/allpare/public_html/test/Sources/Load.php on line 1380

attached the load.php

Okay, for some odd reason (this seems to happen to some people for random mods), part of the mod has installed itself twice, this may be because you refresh while installing it or because of some unknown issue with the package manager.

The soluction is to manually remove the duplicate edits which may have occured. I have removed them from your Load.php' file (and attached it), but they may occur in other files.

If you receive more errors then you can post the files below and I can remove the duplicate parts from theme as well: ;)

index.php
sources/Display.php
sources/ManagePermissions.php
sources/Subs.php
themes/default/index.template.php
themes/default/display.template.php

You may also have too many language strings in your language files, but that should cause any annoying errors. You may not get fatal errors from duplicates in the files above, but you will get things like mulitple copyright texts and mulitple forum buttons. ;)

Fixed...and I fixed the double forum buttons. Now where do I get codes for in blocks, I'm in no way a coder.

ETA: answered my own question by looking around the admin panel. Duh on me.

What do you mean by 'in blocks'?

If you mean code for php or html blocks, then you can have a go, or you can ask on these forums or the SMF forums for somebody to help make some specific code for your php/html blocks.

Edit: Good to hear you fixed it. :)
