./Sources/Recent.php problem
« on: December 02, 2008, 10:33:45 PM »
Hi i just tried to install your mod and i get the warning "Error in Package Installation" for the file Sources/Recent.php so i looked at the manual install settings on the download page at simplemachines.org and i cant find the required code to change, I think it may be because of the the blogging community mod i have installed. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated, Ive attached a copy of my recent.php if thats any easier for you.

Cheers!

1. What version of SMF are you running?
2. What version of SimplePortal are you installing?

Ok, I have done the changes for you.
I will not guarantee it will work, but I'm rather hoping it will. :P

Try the file above. Install SP, then replace the Recent.php with it.

Ive changed the file using cpanel file manager, If i go to install package in package manager i still get the error message for recent.php. If i install anyway is my forum gonna crash lol? I had the same thing with an early shoutbox mod and it took me hours to get is back online.

Ignore the error and install the mod.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...
