I'm using the board news block, is there away to set it up so when a member post the that will go to the top.at the moment they don't change postion.

Code (Replace) Select Expand

ORDER BY t.id_last_msg DESC

There are two instances of the code you need to replace.

Well, you need to connect to your site using an FTP client and edit the files manually. Connect to your site using an FTP client like you did while you were uploading SMF files, go to your site root, then to Sources directory and download PortalBlocks.php file. Open it with a text editor like Notepad, make the change, upload the file back replacing the old one.
