How I can I include the style of my forum?
I've already put the ssi and works well but I want to put the css.
I use the reference theme smf 2.0.4.
I have put this but does not look good:

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../foro/Themes/reference_2_0/css/index.css">

I leave part of the code

<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="../foro/Themes/reference_2_0/css/index.css">
<?php require("../foro/SSI.php");?>

<!doctype html>
<html lang="en">

<head>
<meta charset="UTF-8">
<title>GamerHD</title>
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/style.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/orbit-1.3.0.css">
<link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" href="css/minivideos.css">

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery-1.5.1.min.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/jquery.orbit-1.3.0.js"></script>

<script type="text/javascript">
jQuery.noConflict();
jQuery(window).load(function() {
jQuery('#featured').orbit({bullets: true});
jQuery('#featured2').orbit({bullets: true});
jQuery('#responsive').orbit({bullets: true, fluid: true});
});
</script>

<script type="text/javascript" src="js/mootools.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/swfobject.js"></script>
<script type="text/javascript" src="js/videobox.js"></script>

Referencing the file directly would work fine, you need to specify the exact location, not a directory reference however.
