ok guys i created my own problem

i tried adding some PHP code to a PHP block, but made it to where only admin can see it, as i always do when i try a new code

usually when the code doesn't work right it gives an error, then i delete the block
and poof everything is ok, but it wont let me even get to anything because the code (block) loads up then is locks the screen with an error, so i cant delete the block...
but if i log in as anyone else, or even as guests it is ok, just not as admin because the block loads up first!
so my question is how can i erase the block or give permission to a mod to allow them to manage blocks so that they may delete it, thus allowing me to get back into my forum/portal as admin
i need to do this from within the code by editing the file, but where and what file?

anyone know?

or better yet can i create a new persona and allow it to have those privileges

figured it out, went into My sql admin and did it...thanks anyway guys
