Topic: Shoutbox Modify Text Size

So I have selected all the Allowed BBC options in the SP Shoutbox Modify section, but [size] and [Color] do not appear in the toolbar, and entering them inline does not work either.
What am I missing?

While the size is not available as far as I know. Think about it, it would break the layout Yet you can still change the default size if you want to, this can help with that: http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=13688.0

Are you sure you are doing the code right, when entering them inline?

Example:

[size=4][color=red]Hello World![/color][/size]

ah..thanks..I'll check it out tomorrow.

Funny thing is....before I discovered SP, I had the free Shoutbox mod on SMF, and it had those features working.
Color options were in a dropdown box, and size option was in the config.
So I do have to wonder why they do not work on the SP version, especially when they are options in the Modify menu.

I tried the size code inline and it did not take...just displayed the code along with the text [size=24]text[/size]
I did not try the color code inline.... but tried it just now and the color code inline works, but there still is no button for it.

Well, you have to type it this way:

Ah Ha!!    That is what I was missing !...the "pt"
Most BBCode references did not show the "pt" , but I found this by now searching for SMF BBCode -  http://forums.tieline.com/help/?area=bbcode
