Topic: Max number of pages?

If my forum ever reaches to having lets say 50.000 pages using the simple portal pages.
Would I encounter any kind of problems?
Is there a max page limit?

May I ask why do you need *so* many pages? It's totally impossible to scroll in such a list either as there are no categories for pages (yet!).

well that can be solved my making your own categories/list with the links of the pages as well as the links for editing the pages.
And each member needs to have their own page, that can be edited by the admin only, that's why I need it
Other then no categories would i encounter any other problems?

When you say 50.000, do you mean 50 or 50,000?

Pretty sure he means 50k, a 50k users forum isn't uncommon.

I don't think you will run into any other problems, but I *HIGHLY* recommend you to use custom fields for each forum member instead, as it's a LOT easier to maintain, even though the next release should have categories for pages (good news for you!), however I cannot disclose any ETA about it, just stay tuned

yes I mean 50k, glad to hear I was just making sure that there aren't some known problems that are stoping me.
I did thought about profile fields first but there are reasons that makes pages my only solution.
If i ever reach 50k I guess also money wouldn't be a problem and money can fix anything also
