Shoutbox Read/Only Function Permission

Hi, I'd like to have Shoutbox configured so that only certain Membergroups can actually post in it.

I'd like regular members to have read only access.

Forgive me if this can already be done.

I plan to have two Shoutboxes, one for the Portal (this one i am asking about) and one for the Forum (a free-for-all).
