Can not post links in shoutbox?

Do not show shoutbox to visitors. Should I create a test account for you? ..? I do not know the protocol for that.

Our users can not post links in the shoutbox. They just get refreshed circle rotation so it seems to work if we wrap the link in the bbcode url but nothing happens.

How to fix this?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
