Hi,

i´m a little confused 

I have updated my Simple Portal from 2.1 to 2.2.

I uninstalled my 2.1 Version first, and then installed the new 2.2 version. As described, everything runs without any problem or error.
After the update, all my blocks were still OK and the portal worked fine.

Now i want to adjust the block width, and i don´t know where to find this feature.

In the 2.1.1 version there was an admin area with block adjustments, enable/disable the portal, ............

I could not find this area in the 2.2 version.

p.s. please excuse my german school english 


My system:

- SMF 2.0 RC1
- SimplePortal 2.2

I think there is a problem with the language/text files too.

As you see in the attached screenshot, i´m missing some text.

I´m using german-utf8

So i made a copy of the textfiles

SPortal.english-utf8.php
SPortalAdmin.english-utf8.php
SPortalHelp.english-utf8.php

renamed them to xxx.german-utf8.php and put them back on the server, but it dosn´t worked

Many of the text strings have altered, so translations may not work properly until updated yet. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Check if you have a languages directory in your custom theme file directory, not default theme.

The language directory exists.
Contains 2 files:

index.php
Settings.english.php

[[SiNaN]]

Extract the package.
Change english-utf8 to german-utf8.
Upload them to the default theme languages directory.

If you are sure that you did this correctly, you most probably forgot to empty your file cache.

Admin CP >> Maintenance >> Routine >> Empty File Cache
