I'm unable to test with Chrome but does this happen with SMF Default Theme - Core?
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

Mostly it's Google Chrome problem - the way it interprets code. Keep in mind that Chrome is still in beta, a temporary fix may be provided later on, but in the end it's up to the Google Chrome team to resolve issues like this - because this is not the only one.

I'm not sure what the issue is, but Google Chrome works for me. For my site with a very modded theme and this one. Maybe you have a corrupt install of Google Chrome?

Could you please post a link to your website? Or PM it to me if you don't want to post it?

I don't seem to have any issues with Chrome and SimplePortal. Although I would like to have a look at your site to try and work out the issue. :)

I have confirmed that this error is happening for me as well, for your website and for this website.

Not sure why yet, I don't know that much about CSS/templates but I'll try to work out why its happening. I suspect that its a bug with Chrome, but I'm not sure yet.

The problem is, we are also using a DzinerStudio theme. There might be an issue with this combo.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

Also, would you please replace your SPortalBlocks2.template.php file with the attached one and see if the problem persists.

Have you tried a hard refresh? Did you had this issue with 2.1.1 too?

I emptied the Browsercache, the SmfBoard-Cache. I tried it also with browsershots.org on Chrome 1 and Safari 3.2. I have on both browsers the same problem, nothing changed :/

I started with version 2.2, so I can't tell you.
