Quick Location Change?

When I edit a block, it would be nice if there was a drop down to quickly change a block's location:

Location: {left}{top}{bottom}{right}

It would make it a lot fast then having to click the arrows in the list screen.

A new and better way of moving blocks were implemented to 2.3.4 version.
