  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

Hello,
When I try to install it using the package manager, everything passes the test...except

5. Execute Modification ./Sources/ManagePermissions.php Test failed

im running 1.1.5 at http://www.cricketvoice.com/

Any ideas?

That is a lot of mods! Are there any other install errors? If not, then you can continue the installation of the mod and then manually perform the edits for your ManagePermissions.php' or post it here, and one of us can do it for you. ;)

Sorry, was waiting until the weekend, so I had some time. I've added the package but haven't enabled it yet because I'm afraid since I got the error! So, now, can someeone please take a look at my php code and fix it for me...please!

I have fixed the issue with that file, so it should all work fine now. ;)

Basically, you had another mod installed that add permissions that membergroups can have (shop mod), so for some reason Simple Portal didn't add its permissions to the list. I manually applied that edit, so it should work now!  :D

yes, indeed it worked fine. i did upgrade to SMF 2 now...so waiting for the new Simple Portal to come out impatiently!
