I was wondering if it is safe to delete all of the SP install's in my package list except the current one?  See attached pic.

The latest SimplePortal version has all the information it needs to completely uninstall SimplePortal, so there is no need for the other packages. You can delete them. :)

Delete them. Don't uninstall them.
