Finally got this to work but now I have two forum buttons. The other is the help and it does show the help page but the tab show forum. Here is a pic. and template. Can someone tell me where the problem is. Trying to learn this stuff and I have the same problem on another theme as well.

Are you sure that is the correct index.template.php file from that theme? Because I could only find one forum button.

I'm fairly sure that this is the right index.template file. I have the same problem in another theme as well that I know is the right one. I will attach it.
