Topic: custom header in my theme

hi all, ive been searching for days now and try as many as i can but just can get it done.
i'm using SP2.2 for my new site (i'm updating my club)
what do i still need.
-i want to remove the name of the childboards on the board.
 i've done it with 1.8 but messing it up on 2.2
-I need some one who can do some changes on my theme.
 i'm using the OverViewLight theme.

The changes are:
if you link to my site www.lancer-drivers-united.be/test you see a red border. under it there i want a img. banner with still the message in like you got new pm and view new topics.
the img. would be aroun 128px so it stops and you see the small grey border under the img.
if somebody can help me with this i would be very greatfull. and a donation will be ready. my msn is marshall.stan@skynet.be
