Block Permissions Suggestion

simply sibyl:
I'ld like to see Administrator added to the permissions.   Blocks that you set to display only to Guests also show up when logged in as Administrator and would be nice to have the option to have them out of sight.    Ive gone thru and cannot seem to find a way to do so.
