i went to unistall a mod (SimplePortal) and when i unistalled it i got this ...

i was doing the uninstall to install the newest one..

It looks as if you ignored a Test Failed error for index.php during uninstallation. Can you attach your index.php and Subs.php file here?

here is the index where do i find the sub?

and yes there was a failed but i have gotten it before and was told to go by it

You need to download the file that gives Test Failed error, remove the edits manually using the manual installation instructions. Then uninstall the mod ignoring the error and upload the file which you have edited manually. You may end up with fatal errors like this otherwise.

Replace your index.php file with this one and it should be. I assume it was only the index.php file that had Test Failed error though.
