Just do a clean unzip of SMF upload it replace all files then change your settings.php to your relevent database info. Your site will now work with no mods installed.

Not a great way to get SP working but at least your site will be up for a bit.

You would basically overwrite your SMF files with new ones, but I'm not sure this is your best option as you would lose any mods you have installed.

Are you saying you extracted the package to the sources directory? Or did you just overwrite the one file?

Did you get an error when you uninstalled thru the package manager? I'm not too sure how much of a help I can be, but I'm sure someone around here might know what the best fix would be for you.

SMF automatically backs up SMF files when you install a mod. You can look in /Packages/backups for a file with simpleportal in the name, and unpack those files and overwrite.

You'll lose any mods you installed after SP, but you'll be able to run your forum.
Ms. Eliana TamerinIt should be painfully obvious by now that I don't respond to support PMs. Don't send me PMs for support. They will be ignored and deleted, post on the Support Boards to get support.
