  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

How to make it look like this...

I do not know how to code or anything, but i did use "tinyportal" before and you could order panels / blocks etc...

I find that in simpleportal the side blocks go from top to bottom respectively, but i wanted to add a top block that extends the full width.

I have added an image to show what i wanted it to look like! Any way i can achieve this look ?

If you haven't made any custom edits to the 'Themes/default/Portal.template.php' file, then the copy attached to the post below will do what you want:
