getting logs full of these errors.. I'm sure it is something I am missing and a simple fix.. can someone point me straight.

How can I fix it so the errors stop happening?

Foxed this issue. had to change:

$item['member_id'],'">',$item['member_name']
to

$item['poster_id'],'">',$item['poster_name']
The only error I have now is:

8: Undefined index: allow_view_contact

Fixed ... had to remove a manual contact view entry in a custom theme...
