Hi there!

I'm running SMF 2 RC3 on one of my sites and i noticed that my database grown up to 34 MB in few days due to the error logs tables (32 MB).

I 'm using the following mods:
- Ad Managment
- SimplePortal
- Global Headers Footers
- Contact Page
- Sitemap
- SimpleSEF

I didn't noticed forum malfunction as a guest or logged member, but i noticed the following messages in my error logs:
- Undefined index: smfcontact_contact
- Undefined index: is_guest
- Undefined index: session_id
- Undefined index: right_to_left

All of the messages are related to /Sources/Subs-Portal.php which i am attaching to this message.

What needs to be done in order to solve the issues?

Thank you.

That doesn't explain much. Can you quote the full error details?
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

I tried to copy paste the logs but the output was a mess, so i export the first 3 pages of logs into pdf files (attached to this message);

For now, the errors were only few hundreds because i've just deleted them this morning; after couple of days, the number of logs is counted at tens of thousands and the size of the database reach up to 30 MB of data; i must delete them every 2-3 days. :(

Many thanks for your help!

Try this edit:

Sources/Subs-Portal.php

Code (Find) Select
$sportal_version = '2.3.1';

Code (Replace) Select
$sportal_version = '2.3.1';

if (isset($_REQUEST['action']) && $_REQUEST['action'] == 'dlattach')
return;
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

I've made the edit, delete the logs and now i wait to see wat's happening.

I'll be back for feedback. Thanks!
