Do you have any errors on your forum error log? Or your server error log?
Can you access any parts of your forum? If so, which exact pages are inaccessible?

It is forum error.

That means absolutely nothing to me. I need more information about the problem before I can work out how to actually solve it.

Are there any related errors on your server error log?

The portal this one installed without problems but when active the users cannot enter to the forum because the page remains in white.

It is not a fault(sin) of the servant.

What version of SMF are you using? It looks like SMF 1.1, but I want to make sure.

Are they the only errors in your log? If you have others, please post them as well.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...
