BTW:

Code: [Select]
Errore 500
Errore interno del server

Il server ha incontrato un errore interno o un problema di errata configurazione e non riesce a completare la richiesta inserita.

Questo errore può essere causato da uno script CGI non funzionante o da un file .htaccess contenente degli errori

is italian and it means:

Code: [Select]
Error 500
Internal error of the server

Server has encountered an internal error or a wrong configuration problem so it can't solve the inserted request.

This error can be related to a CGI script which does not work or a wrong .htaccess file.

My hosting service says that server is working perfectly.

I also want to report this detail: a user of my forum told me that some days ago, he got the same error (500) when he accidentally inserted a wrong password, trying to log-in.

Oh my God, I've just discovered that [edit: PERHAPS] SP does not work with SM 2.0 RC3. And now?

Can I manually uninstall Simple Portal? And eventually downgrade SMF?

Help me please!   :(

Sorry it took too much time to get you. If you cannot access your forum, you can just add ?debug to your forum URL and you'll able to access your forum. Example:

http://www.yoursite.com/index.php?debug

Once you log in to your forum, can you check if you have any errors in the Forum Error Log?
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...
