Help me resize image for side block

My local bus company have agreed too let me link to the local bus timetable.

Would someone please help me to resize the image.

Just put height and width attributes right after the url of the image if its php/html

as for bb code.. I have seen bb code for image sizing (ie. [img=150x150]) but it doesn't seem to work for bbc on smf when i test it.
In this case just save the image to your hdd and use an image editor like MS Paint,  or possibly use an online editor such as Photobucket and resize the image then save it or just use the photobucket url for the resized image.
