Topic: Como colar los post fijos(Sticky) en el portal

Hola muy buenos dias a todos quisiera saber si alguien pueda ayudar que a la hora de colocar un post fijo en el foro en el bloque de ultimos temas en simple portal (con respecto a esto http://simpleportal.net/index.php?topic=4151.0 ) quede el post fijo con el icono de la categoria del foro
