How to change image size of default forum logo.pgn?
« on: June 29, 2010, 08:12:29 AM »
I tried several ways to change the size of the default forum logo (logo.pgn) since I replaced the logo with an edited logo in photoshop by myself. Each time when I change size in photoshop and save as pgn and replace it with the default sfm logo it's adapting too the original size whatever I try! The original forum logo is height 81 * width 242 and the result is much too small.
I want it something like height 100 * width 800 and I want it in the middle (now it's at the left side of the top of simple portal and my forum)

Is this possible? What template do I have to alter and can somebody give me the code(s) to add or replace please?

My theme is Extreme6!

Thanks in advance,

Ciler.

go to index.css of your theme and find the following and edit the height and width of your choice

#logo {
    position: absolute;
    float: left;
    top: 20px;
    left: 15px;
    display: block;
    width: 340px!important;
    height: 80px!important;

    cursor: pointer;
    background: url(../images/img/logo.png) no-repeat;
}

Unfortunately nothing happened when changing widht en height parameters. It is not solving my problem. In my theme Extreme6 there is no index.css but it is named style.css! Here is my style.css:

#logo {
    position: absolute;
    top: 30px;
    left: 30px;
    display: block;
    width: 350px;
    height: 105px;
    cursor: pointer;
    background: url(./images/logo.png) no-repeat;

Any other ideas?

Thanks in advance,

Ciler.
