Attempt installing SimplePortal Classic 2.0.5
Obtained the following errors,

Execute modification failed on the following,
./Sources/Load.php
./Sources/Recent.php

Is it ok to continue install?

SMF 1.1.6 / Theme - SMF Default Theme - Core
Packages installed,
Allow TAB in Postbox
SMF 1.0.14 / 1.1.6 Update
Wrap Text Around Image
Colorize Boards
Global Headers Footers

ps: I tried to search on the above error, hoping not to post for help.
The search result I saw scare me, so no choice, sorry if it has been repeated.

Welcome Back, simplelynoob :)
You're getting those errors because an installed package is conflicting with the SimplePortal plugin.

You'll need to make manual modification to those files, download them via FTP and make the following changes and please, use a reliable text editor (notepad++ recommended).

Manual Instructions for 1.1.6
