Topic: i cant install new version SP 2.3.3 in RC4

I have seen this error, also. I know you can work around it.
 
truja, I can see that your install failed 8,9,11,13, and 16.
 
You can see that all of these say "ignore errors" (ignorar Errores) except for #13.
 
So failure of #13 is actually the only problem.
Failure of #13 is a very small problem.
#13 is about controlling whether users go to "forum" or "portal" after login/logout.
It makes only a small difference on the forum.
 
Here is how I would work around this problem:
1) Do the install.
2) Manually install #13.
    + Find the manual install instructions for the mod (in this case, http://custom.simplemachines.org/mods/index.php?action=parse;mod=1104;attach=160817;smf_version=2.0_RC4)
    + find this part of the install instructions (in Subs.php find "$add = preg_match" )
    + look for this line in your own Subs.php.  You will not find the 3 lines with SimplePortal code in it
    + Instead, make that part of Subs.php look like what is in the "Replace With" box.

Yes, the error occured during installation. All of the other mod's have been removed prior to the installation.

This is a new installation, SMF and SP. The only mod install is Aeva Media.

I return to SP 2.3.2 and delete some lines and this work. Bue dont work a new version.

yes, i can install 2.3.3 and dont work. The image show the errors.
Now i back to 2.3.2 and edit this and work..

I've the same error on both my updated SMF 2.0 RC4 localhost and hosted on a test server.
It doesn't apply pictures for me either. It's just like SP 2.3.2

Yes I do.. But I just hit proceed anyway.. But I still think this should be solved in a emergency update.. Since this has a high priority.

Please try these things out on a test version of your forum.

will work.
 
If you find sebas' file to be useful, this is good. I have not tested it.
 
I know the developers will be keen to fix this Subs.php #13 problem as soon as their schedules permit.
