I cannot see that site.
But I am guessing it uses some javascript.
Certainly, you could use some javascript to show some content in an HTML block.
Or, if you needed to get fancy, you could use a php block to dynamically generate the HTML.

1st. thanks for reply(also it seems as just increasing karma! never mind)

2nd. Perhaps the server is too busy while you are trying to visit the site(or if you use any pipe line method in browser config for less request time,or make FlushDNS & arp)

3rd. yes, it is use js, n i kno that php can make it fancy.

By looking for "copyspeed", I found this javascript in the HTML of that page.
 
In order to make things automatic, you only need to get a list of gallery items and stuff them into the array leftrightslide
 
Of course, some php would be required to do this.
You are now in custom-coding territory.

cyberworm, I have just noticed that your site, http://www.downloadbd.net/,  has made the SMF copyright notice invisible. This is in violation of SMF's license agreement: http://www.simplemachines.org/about/license.php
 
In addition, I have noticed that your site is engaged in providing download links to Hollywood movies, in violation of the copyright holder's license to these movies. It is my understanding that this is in violation of the laws in the US, where the movies are copyrighted, and where I reside.
