It's possible change that? Align to the center or right?
If yes, how I do that?

Ok, now that 2.1 is out, I also am curious to what this trick is. Must be something they added to make editing that easier.

Not really, it's just a trick. Enter the block label like this:

[center]Block Name[/center]
