i installed new theme, in forum is all ok but in portal no chenge.

please help me.

Admin > SimplePortal > Configuration > General Settings

Set "Portal Theme" setting as "Forum Default".

yes ok, but the selection theme from user dont works i would another default theme and allow the user to choose theme

Sorry but your sentence doesn't make any sense to me. Try to write it in a different way and with proper punctuation if possible.

I added a new theme, and make the user choose which to use, but when I go to select the theme, the portal to me remains the same while in the forum theme changes
