  • {OCS}MasterSeal: I know this SB isnt' for support, but I just have a general question. Who would I contact to find out where SP stores its block info? Is it DB driven or files? I searched the site but came up with nothing. probably my fault any insight is appreciated.

keeps going to a blank page

Hello i got a problem everytime i go on my website it keeps going to a blank page i need to refresh it like 5 times for it to go to the site and other people have experienced this on my site. but if i login as an admin then everything will be is fine. and i am not sure if its my host, my host is Tech-Host.co.uk

I moved this from "Bugs" to "English Support".
Please report what else is going on at your site. Are there any error messages on your SMF error log, or on your server log?

no there is not i tried doing everything i tried clearing the error logs and everything and there is a problem if i'am an admin and i go to the admin page it says to enter my password again

The admin page is supposed to ask you to enter your password again.
How many mods do you have installed?
When did the problem start?

1 mod which is the simpleportal and it started doing it assoon as i installed it and plus it asks me for the admin login millions of times

This is strange -- it almost sounds like a cookie problem.
But this should not cause "blank page".
 
Did you check for SMF errors and SERVER errors that happen at the same time?

For SMF errors, you can check your ERROR log.
For server errors, you will have to find out from your host how to do that. Maybe your host provides some help pages.
