The easy way to do this is to put a staff list block on a SimplePortal page.
You can set the Display Options of the block to only show up on that single page, if you like.

Have you tried the SimplePortal documentation?

Use the Advanced Display options to choose the page.

No programming required.

Use the Advanced Display options to choose the page.
Where are the options?

Under Advanced Display options, you can choose exactly which page you wish to display the block.
You'll want to expand the category for simpleportal pages to see that in action.
Give it a try and see for yourself. http://simpleportal.net/index.php?action=docs;area=block_editor
