How to put my shoutbox just on the forum? It appears on the portal too

advanced set of blocks - it must be also included in the General menu

Go to shoutbox config panel and find Show Block On : you'll find a option suits you!

Its on the block page you put the shoutbox in. You need to put the shoutbox in a block then select the position of that block.

Setup shoutbox status checked active, options and permissions etc.

Then ...

Simple Portal menu> blocks> block list.

Add a block (select shoutbox type) in the position you want. In block edit below permissions you have 'Display Options'.
Checkbox >Advanced Options
Then select action (checkbox) > forum     (this removes from portal ... you can add it as another selection there too)

Also lots of other options for individual pages or boards
