SideBar Boxing Spacing Help
« on: June 02, 2010, 12:25:56 AM »
Hey for my SideBar, the Boxes. Ho come there is a space before it stars and then in the end, and how come there is no lines in the middle separating it?

I'm not entirely sure what you mean.

Could you post an image of what you mean, or try to describe it more clearly?

On my Sidebar I have a couple Boxes floating on the left, okay now under the title there a space in between 'Main' & 'News'. Why is there a gap? And there is also a space at the end by 'Downloads'

Also How come there is no lines to separate each row?

Moved to the Themes and Graphics board.

Copy your 'Themes/default/Portal.template.php' file to your 'Themes/{themename}/' folder, then remove the code below from that file.

Code: [Select]
if (empty($block['style']['no_body']))
{
echo '
<span class="topslice"><span></span></span>';
}

Code: [Select]
if (empty($block['style']['no_body']))
{
echo '
<span class="botslice"><span></span></span>';
}

Alright cool! Thank you very much, but for my second question, do you know how i can divide it. Like what I mean is putting a line under each row so it can look neat :)

Like is it possible to add dividers under each row? Like for Example:

Text1
-----------------
Text2
----------------
Text3
-----------------

Under each row of what? Inside the boxes or outside? If inside -- then inside which boxes? A custom HTML block? A custom BBC block?
In html, a line is <hr />.  In BBC, it is   [hr] .
