I think it is sorted by user ID - take a look at the profile numbers down the list.

Is there a way to manually adjust the order of the staff list? I would like to be able to set my staff list by "rank" instead of ID.

It can't be ID; My Teammember list goes;

Honey Love ID#1 - Founder
BlueDragon ID#10 - Administrator
Featherpirate ID#3 - Founder
Katila ID#9 - Joint Admin Account

So.. that kind of makes no sense at all XD

Ideally it would list HL, FP, BD, Kat

I have about 10-12 people in a group associated with the staff list and the ID number increases down the list in order between 2 to 631.

You can see on the front page, right column of my site link.

Maybe moderators or other groups are treated differently - donno...

Mine is in ID order, but I would like to have it group by usergroup rank.

Code: (PortalBlocks.php, function sp_staff) [Select]
if (in_array($row['id_member'], $admins))
$row['type'] = 1;
elseif (in_array($row['id_member'], $global_mods))
$row['type'] = 2;
else
$row['type'] = 3;

$staff_list[$row['type'] . '-' . $row['id_member']] = ...
...
...
ksort($staff_list);
This is a very quick, simple way to order by
1) user group -- all admins first, all global mods first, then anyone else (local mods is all who are left).
2) within each user group, user id.

So all admins come first, followed by all global mods who are not admins, followed by all local mods who are not admin or global mod.

Oh awesome!! Thank you! Where would that code go? Does it replace anything?

-edit- I found where it went, but the codes match so it's not going to change anything for me...   O_o

Sorry -- it is not a customization.  Only n explanation of how things currently work.
Changing that would require an understanding of what is wanted.
