What need set or modify for do that?

Cant help with the title length setting for the standard blocks... but there is a custom news block here which might allow you to set the title length display - you need to look through 'Blocks and Modifications'.

In documentation you will only find general information.

The custom news block is on your forum simple portal admin page. When you make a new block you will see it there in a list of many types.

Reading the CSS i think need modify something in -> <div class="cat_bar"> or "h3.catbg"

I need "auto adjust" the height of that div if text inside exceed her width...

The reason why only a portion is displayed is so the layout does not break. You can extend it, but it would break the layout unless you word-wrap, which also breaks the layout as that particular category image will not extend pretty (you'll see an ugly image repeat).

You would need to show the title in an alternative way...

All images are in one main... so to do this need upload a image to catbg and modify manually the CSS?

Which custom boardnews block are you using?  This one looks a little like my "boxynews" custom boardnews block.

If you want to replace the image with a custom one, you do need to put that image in http://www.elultimoanunnaki.org/Themes/mysticjade_20a/images/theme/ and then rewrite the CSS to use that image.

In order to avoid problems on other part of your site, you can change the HTML code to use a different custom class, add that custom class to every part of the CSS file where h3.catbg is used, and then add a new CSS section just for your custom class, to use the new image you wish to use.
