You don't need to copy the portal.css file to your custom themes with this new version. Just make sure you have the up-to-date portal.css file in the default theme and remove the ones you have in your custom themes. Then try a hard refresh on your browser (Ctrl + F5).

If you still see the headers broken, pm me the link your forum and I'll take a look at it.
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...

Similar problem here, but not rounded corners. h3.titlebg is the culprit. Portal.css is in default location, forum cache cleared, local cache cleared. I notice in Firebug that background url ends up as -200px instead of the -212 used in my theme.

Does 2.3.4 use cat_bar in the block templates?

I'm not sure what's wrong there. I guess those themes uses different styles for header classes. I'll look into it as soon as possible.

i have a little line to the left of the title bar, tried everything i possibly can but does not get fixed..., inspecting through firebug shows me a background url on index.php (line41)  - which does not exist and if i disable it through FB it just gets rid of the whole rounded corner and makes it straight....

using SMF 2.0.2 and SP 2.3.4

I think your theme uses transparent corners. This theme is not 100% compatable with Simple Portal 2.3.4 for this reason.  SimplePortal 2.3.4 was written this way to be compatable with the final version of CURVE as well as the RC version of CURVE. This means it does not work perfectly for some variations on CURVE.

The problem will be fixed in Simple Portal 2.3.5.

thank you very much for the quick response, before 2.3.4 i made the left corner straight so it does not look weird, but in 2.3.5 i could not do it, i will give it one more try and see..

Hmm.  I have not tested 2.3.5 yet, myself. Please report what you find out.
