Is this issue solved?

If your forum becomes inaccessable because of SP, you can access your forum by adding "debug" to your forum URL. Like:

http://www.yourforum.com/index.php?debug

In this case, just getting a Portal.template.php file from the SimplePortal package and uploading it to Themes/default directory should have worked.

If you have removed tables in database, you will need to run the database tool. To do that, just upload the install1-1.php file to your forum and call it by your browser, like:

http://www.yourforum.com/install1-1.php
And slowly, you come to realize... It's all as it should be...
